MEPC81/11: Proposal to designate Canadian Arctic waters as an emission control area for nitrogen oxides, sulphur oxides and particulate matter
This document sets forth a proposal to designate an emission control area in Arctic waters under Canadian sovereignty and jurisdiction, herein referred to as the “Canadian Arctic ECA”, in accordance with regulations 13 and 14 and appendix III to MARPOL Annex VI.
